Preheat coven to 350F. Cream sugar and butter; add 1 egg at a time, beating well. Slowly add the rest of ingredients. Mix well. Place in refrigerator overnight. Roll out dough, a small amount at a time. Use a small saucer or a very large cutter. Place 1 heaping teaspoon of fruit in the middle then fold dough over. Dampen edges with ice cold water and crimp with a fork. Place on a baking sheet. Bake at 350F for 15 minutes.
