Bread Pudding 6

1/2 loaf stale bread
1-1/2 cups sugar
8 eggs, beaten
3 teaspoons vanilla extract
Two 8-ounce cartons whipping cream
3/4 cup golden raisins
4 cps milk
Cinnamon (optional)
Pam cooking spray

Preheat oven to 325F. Break bread and remove crust; place in sprayed pan. Add raisins. In mixing bowl, combine all the other ingredients and mix. Pour over bread and raisins Place pan in separate pan of water and bake at 325F for 1 hour. Serve warm.
