Tear up angel food cake and place in large mixing bowl. In a separate bowl, cream the softened cream cheese, adding the evaporated milk. Whip until thoroughly mixed and smooth; add Cool Whip and mix. Pour over and toss with cake pieces until well coated. Press into 9 x 13 inch dish. Slice strawberries, add glaze and spread over cake mixture. Refrigerate 2 hours. Cut into squares.
