Separate eggs and beat with a hand mixer until stiff peaks form. Fold in yolks and mix well. Add sugar, one tablespoonful at a time, and mix well. Add baking powder, then flour a tablespoonful at a time and mix well. Add ice water a tablespoonful at a time.
Preheat the oven to 325F and bake the batter 25 minutes. While cake is baking, mix the three milks (evaporated, condensed and whipping cream). When cake is baked, immediately pour milk mixture over it until all milk is absorbed. Let cool a bit before decorating the top with the Cool Whip and the fruit of your choice. Keep refrigerated.
