In large mixing bowl, beat eggs and oil. Gradually add sugar and beat well. Add vanilla, flour, salt, baking powder and cocoa. Mix well. Dough will be heavy. Stir in chopped nuts. Pour and spread in a 9 x 11 inch oblong pan which has been sprayed with a nonstick spray. Bake in oven 20 to 25 minutes. Cool and cut in 20 squares. Serve with ice cream.
