Strawberry Cheese Cake

Crust:
3 cups graham cracker crumbs
1 tablespoon sugar
5 oz butter or margarine
Filling: bottom layer
1 cup sugar
Two 8 ounce packages cream cheese
3 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Filling: top layer
One large package strawberry Jell-O
2 cups hot water
Two 10 ounce packages frozen strawberries
Filling: middle layer
1 pint sour cream
1/4 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Preheat oven to 350F. To prepare crust, mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar and butter and press in oblong 9 x 12 inch pan. Bake 5 minutes in 350F oven. To prepare bottom layer of filling, cream together sugar, cream cheese, eggs and vanilla extract. Spread on crust and bake for 25 minutes. Cool 5 minutes.

To prepare top layer, combine strawberry Jell-O, hot water and frozen strawberries. Refrigerate until slightly jelled. To prepare middle layer, blend sour cream, sugar and vanilla extract. Spread on cheese cake. Bake 5 minutes in 400F oven. Cool 25 minutes. Spread Jell-O mixture on top. Refrigerate over night.
