Classic New York Cheesecake

Five 8 oz pkg cream cheese, at room temperature
1-1/2 cups sugar
3 tbs all-purpose flour
4 eggs
2 egg yolks
1/4 cup heavy cream
1 tbs lemon juice
1 tsp vanilla extract

In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth and fluffy. Add sugar and flour, beating until well blended. Add eggs and yolks, one at a time, mixing well. Blend in cream, lemon juice, and vanilla. Pour mixture into a greased spring form pan. Bake in a 475F oven for 15 minutes, then reduce temperature to 250F and bake for 50 minutes or until done. Cool to room temperature, then refrigerate. Rich and creamy, it needs no crust unless desired. Garnish with favorite topping.
