Corn Pudding 1

One 1 lb can cream style corn
One 1 lb can whole kernel corn
1 egg, slightly beaten
1/2 cup grated Cheddar cheese
1/3 cup bread crumbs
1/2 cup sour cream (optional)
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp red pepper

Mix all ingredients. Pour into a 1-1/2 quart casserole sprayed with non-stick cooking spray. Bake at 350F about 30 minutes.
