Cream Cheese Brownies

Brownies:
1/2 lb butter
9 tbs cocoa
3 tbs oil
2 cups sugar
3 eggs
1 cup flour
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup chopped nuts

Melt butter in microwave. Add cocoa and oil. Mix. Stir in sugar and egg, then add flour. Add nuts and vanilla. Bake at 300F in a 9x13 inch greased pan for 40-45 minutes. Cool completely.

Spread:
1/4 lb butter
3 oz cream cheese
2 tbs milk
1 lb confectioners sugar
1-1/2 tsp almond extract

Cream butter and cream Cheese. Add other ingredients. Spread over brownies and refrigerate until firm.

Topping:
3 squares semisweet chocolate
3 tbs butter
2 tbs sugar
1 tbs cooking sherry

Melt butter and chocolate in microwave. Add sugar and sherry. Spread lightly over brownies and refrigerate over night.
