Fudge 3

4 cups (16 oz) confectioners sugar
1/2 cup cocoa
7 tbs butter, plus enough to butter dish
1 tbs vanilla
1/4 cup milk

Stir together sugar and cocoa, breaking up any large lumps, in a microwave safe bowl. Put remaining ingredients on top. Do NOT MIX IN. Microwave on HIGH for 2-1/2 minutes. Stir vigorously. Pour into buttered 2 quart dish, spread to edges. Ready in about 1 hour or can be put in freezer for 30 minutes to speed-set.

For ease in cutting and serving, buttered wax paper can be used in dish then lifted out after fudge is set to cut into approximately 1 inch square cubes.
