Hershey's Peanut Butter Cookies

1 tsp baking powder

1-1/2 cups flour

1 can condensed milk

3/4 cup peanut butter

1 tsp vanilla extract

Mix wet ingredients, then mix the rest thoroughly. Bake at 350F for 6 to 8 minutes. Remove from oven. Place Hershey's Kiss on top.
