Mandarin Orange Cake 2

1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1 can mandarin oranges with juice
1 can mandarin oranges, drained
4 eggs
3/4 cup oil

Beat cake mix, eggs, and oil in mixer for 2 minutes. Add mandarin oranges last. Fold in by hand. Bake at 350F approximately 30 minutes. (Bake 3 layers for 25 minutes).

Icing:
2 small boxes instant vanilla pudding
1 small can crushed pineapple, drained
Two 9 oz whipped topping

Beat pudding into whipped topping and add pineapple. Spread on layers.
