Mississippi Mud Cake 2

1st layer:
1/4 lb margarine
1 cup graham crackers, crushed
1 cup ground nuts

2nd layer:
One 8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup powdered sugar
8 to 9 oz Cool Whip

3rd layer:
2 large boxes instant chocolate pudding
4 cups of milk
Prepare & keep in ice box

Press 1st layer into 9x13 inch pan. Bake at 350F for 20 minutes. Cool. Mix 2nd layer together. Spread on crust. Spread 3rd layer on 2nd layer. Top with Cool Whip. Keep in refrigerator.
