Ooey Gooey Bars

Bottom Crust:

1 box yellow cake mix

1/4 lb melted butter

1 egg

1 cup crushed nuts

Combine above ingredients and press into bottom of 9x13 inch baking pan.

Top Layer:

1 lb box confectioners sugar

2 eggs

One 8 oz pkg cream cheese

1 tsp vanilla

Blend all above ingredients until smooth. Pour over bottom crust. Bake at 350F for 30 to 35 minutes.
