Shortbread Bars

5/8 lb margarine
3/4 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1/4 tsp salt
3 cups flour

Cream margarine, sugar, vanilla, salt. Slowly add flow, mixing on high speed. Spread mixture in ungreased, large cake pan.

Bake at 350F for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown.

Cut into squares while still hot. Let cool. Store in airtight container.
