Honeyed-Yogurt Fruit Soup

4 cup pureed fruit (cantaloupe, honeydew, strawberries, or papaya)
1 cup dry white wine
3/4 cup plain yogurt
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup freshly squeezed orange juice
1 tsp. grated orange peel
1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
Sliced fresh fruit and sprigs for garnish

In large bowl with whisk, blend all ingredients, except garnish, until smooth. Cover; chill 6 hours or until very cold. Garnish each serving with sliced fruit and a mint sprig.

Makes about 5 cups, 4 dessert servings.
