Crawfish Soup 2

2 cans cream of potato soup
1 can creamed corn soup
1 pound crawfish tails
1-1/2 cans evaporated milk
1/2 tablespoon Creole seasoning
1 medium onion
1 small bell pepper
1/8 lb Parkay margarine
Salt, to taste
Cayenne pepper, to taste
1 package angel hair pasta noodles

Cook pasta as package directs. Saute green pepper, onion in margarine. Add remaining ingredients into pot and simmer on medium heat until hot. Do not boil, milk will curdle. Serve over angel hair pasta.

Note:
Evaporated milk can be replaced with skim or low-fat milk or have skim and half low-fat. Serve in bowl like soup.
