Cream of Broccoli Soup 2

One 14-1/2 oz can chicken broth
1 cup milk
2 tbs butter
2 tbs corn starch
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp parsley flakes
1/4 tsp white pepper
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1-1/2 cups finely chopped broccoli

In two quart microwave safe bowl, combine all ingredients except broccoli. Stir until cornstarch is dissolved. Add broccoli. Cover with plastic wrap. Cook on 70% power for 13-14 minutes, or until broccoli is fork tender. Stir once during cooking time. Let stand three minutes before serving. Garnish with small raw broccoli flowerets.
