White Bean Soup 1

Two 1 lb bags white beans
2 quarts of water
2 cans tomato sauce
2 cans stewed tomatoes
1 can Rotel
2 large onions
2 bell peppers
4 pods garlic
2 packs ham hock

Wash white beans well and soak overnight. Boil beans in same water, On the side, saute onions, bell pepper and garlic. Add tomato sauce, Rotel and stewed tomatoes. Cook till grease forms at edge of pot. Add ham. After beans are well mashed add the mixture to beans. Cook 2 to 2-1/2 hours.
