Crawfish Jambalaya 7

1 pound clean crawfish tails
One 10-ounce can chicken broth
1/2 small onion diced
Green onions and bell pepper, diced
12 oz can mushrooms
1/4 pound butter
Salt, pepper, Tony's seasoning
3/4 cup rice

Spray rice cooker (6 cup minimum) with Pam to avoid sticking. Mix all ingredients, crawfish, broth, onion, peppers, mushrooms, butter and seasonings in rice cooker. Hand stir all ingredients.

Seasoning should be based on your taste.

It will take about 25 minutes to cook. You may stir once or twice during cooking.

You can easily substitute shrimp for crawfish.

Serve hot with vegetables and bread.
