Marinated Pork Jambalaya

2 pounds marinated pork, cubed
2-1/2 cups raw rice
2-1/2 cups water
1 cup onion, chopped
1 cup bell pepper, chopped
1/2 cup celery, chopped
Green onions and parsley

Brown meat until it makes a dark brown gravy when water is added. Add vegetables. Cook until tender. Add raw rice, water, green onions, and parsley. Cover and cook on low fire until rice is tender Stir a couple of times while cooking.

Serves 8.
