Shrimp Jambalaya 3

- 1 stick margarine, softened (1/4 lb)
- 1 onion. finely chopped
- 1/2 bell pepper, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup celery, chopped
- 1 can mushrooms, drained
- 1-1/2 cups raw rice
- Seasonings
- Tony Chachere's, to taste
- 1 pound raw shrimp, cut into small pieces
Combine all ingredients together in electric rice cooker, and cook one cycle.
Serves 6-8.
