Combine first 10 ingredients. Bring to a boil on top of stove, then reduce heat to medium, cooking uncovered until onions and green peppers are tender. Add chopped oysters and cooked rice. Mix thoroughly, but gently. Serve with poultry, blackened fish or meat.
