Crawfish Jambalaya 4

- 1 lb crawfish
- 1/4 lb butter
- 3 cups rice
- 1 can Rotel tomatoes
- 1/2 can beef broth
- 5 oz water
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 medium bell pepper, chopped
- 2 tbs garlic chopped
- 1 bay leaf
- 3 stalks celery, chopped
In rice cooker, combine all ingredients and cook as you would rice.
