Dressing

- 3 lb ground lean beef
- 1-1/2 lb pork ground
- 1 pkg chicken livers - ground
- 1 pkg giblets - ground
- 1 cup onion - chopped
- 1 cup celery - chopped
- 1/2 cup bell peppers - chopped
- 2 toes garlic
- 4 tbs Worcestershire sauce
- 4 tbs Reunite wine
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 cups cooked rice
Brown meat until nice and brown and add onions, pepper, celery and garlic. Let simmer on low fire for about 1/2 hours. Add rice.
