Jambalaya 4

- 1 chicken fryer - boiled, deboned and skinned or any leftover chicken cut up into small pieces
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 bell pepper, chopped
- 3 celery stalks, chopped
- 1 large can tomato sauce
- 2 tbs Cajun Power sauce
- 2 tbs Worcestershire sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 chicken bouillon cubes
- 3 cups raw rice, rinsed well to remove starch
Cook all except rice over low heat for 15 minutes. Add in rice - cover with enough water to cover by 1/2 inch over. Cover and simmer 45 minutes. Stir once halfway through.
