Mushroom Rice

1 cup sliced onions
1/2 pound fresh mushrooms, sliced
3 tbs chopped fresh parsley
3 tbs vegetable oil
3 cups cooked brown rice(cooked in beef broth)
3 tbs nutritional yeast
1/4 cup wheat germ
1/4 tsp basil
1/2 tsp cumin seeds

Saute onions, mushrooms, and parsley in oil until tender. Add remaining ingredients; heat thoroughly, stirring constantly.

Makes 6 servings.
