Pecan Island Rice

One 7 oz box Konriko Wild Pecan Rice
2 Tbs butter or margarine
1/2 cup chopped onion
One 8 oz can sliced water chestnuts, drained
1/2 cup sliced ripe olives
1/3 cup chopped parsley
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper

Cook Wild Pecan Rice according to package directions. Saute onion in butter until tender. Add onion and remaining ingredients to cooked rice. Mix well and heat through.

Yield: 6-8 servings.
