Steak with Onions

1-1/2 lb Sirloin Steak

4 tbs Butter

4 Medium Sliced Onion

1 Dash Brandy

*** Sauté onions in hot butter until tender. Add brandy and simmer for 1 minute. Serve smothered over steak.
