Filled Omelet

3 Egg

1 tbs Butter

4 Slices Crumbled Bacon

1/4 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese

2 tbs Sour Cream

1 tbs Snipped Chive

*** Mix eggs slightly. Combine with bacon, cheese, sour cream, and chives and cook the same as french omelet.

Yield: 2 Servings
