Preheat oven to 400F. Defrost turkey and wash. Place in bowl with lid. Pour wine over turkey Season to taste. Cover bowl and let marinate for 1 - 2 hours. Take oven bag and put in the flour, roux and gravy onions bell pepper, potatoes, turkey, water. Add 1/2 cup more wine. Add more table blend for flavor to potatoes. Arrange well in bag. Tie bag. Place several small holes in top of bag and bake for 2 hours.
