Savory Summer Chicken Salad

- 2 cups chopped cooked chicken
- 1 cup chopped celery
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup sweet relish
- One 4-ounce jar diced pimientos
- 3 tablespoons water chestnuts
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- One 4 ounce canned chopped green chilies
- 2 hard boiled eggs
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons stuffed olives
Combine all ingredients, stirring well. Cover and chill, on lettuce leaves.
