Tortilla and Ham Roll-Ups

18 ounce cream cheese
18 ounce lite cream cheese
1/2 cup chopped green onions
1-1/2 red jalapeno pepper (chopped)
4 cloves minced garlic
Fifteen 6 inch flour tortillas
3/4 pound thinly sliced baked ham

Cream together softened cream cheeses. Add green onions, jalapeno peppers, and garlic. Spread 1 heaping tablespoon of cream cheese mixture on 1 tortilla. Cover with 1 slice thin ham. Roll up like a jelly roll. Refrigerate. Cover with a damp towel overnight. Next day, slice in 1 inch pieces.
