Chicken Pot Pie 3

2 cans cream of potato soup
One 16-ounce can of mixed vegetables
2 cups chicken, cooked
1/2 cup of milk
1/2 teaspoon thyme
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Two 9 inch pie crusts
1 egg slightly beaten.

Preheat oven to 375F. Combine first six ingredients. Spoon into prepared pie crust. Cover with top crust; camp edges to seal. Slit top crust and brush with egg, if desired. Bake for 40 minutes. Cool 10 minutes.
