Brisket
1 large bottle Italian dressing
Seasonal
Garlic salt or powder
1 cup Worcestershire sauce
1 cup catsup
1 teaspoon salt

Preheat oven to 300F. Trim the fat off the brisket and marinate overnight in Italian dressing. Next day, drain marinade and reserve liquid. Season with Seasonal and garlic salt or powder. Pour half of marinade over it. Cook 2 to 3 hours it 300F. Remove from oven. Drain again. Barbecue one hour. Combine Worcestershire sauce, catsup, salt and half of the marinade. Boil these ingredients for 10-15 minutes. Pour this sauce over brisket. Cook again 10 minutes at 350F.
