Saute chicken in melted butter 5 minutes. Remove chicken; set aside. In same skillet of pan drippings, cook mushrooms, onions, mustard and salt for 5 minutes. Sprinkle on flour and stir to blend. Gradually pour in broth; cook, stirring until slightly thickened. Add chicken. Cover and cook 5 minutes or until done. Stir in sour cream. Serve immediately over noodles. Sprinkle with parsley.
