Meat Filled Baked Sandwiches

Filling:
1 cup cooked meat, shredded (chicken, fish, ham, veal or beef)
1/2 cup thick gravy, white sauce or cream soup, condensed
1 tablespoon onion, grated
1 hard-cooked egg, chopped
2 tablespoons pickles or olives, chopped
Season to taste, reducing amount of salt if canned soup was used
Biscuits (use your own recipe)

Preheat oven to 450F. Roll biscuit dough to 1/4 inch thickness. Cut it into rounds. Combine meat ingredients and place 1 tablespoon of meat mixture on each round. Can top with another round or fold side over to make smaller sandwich. Moisten edges of biscuit and seal edges by pressing with fork. Prick the tops. Place biscuits on baking sheet and bake until brown.
