Italian Meatballs

- 1 pound ground beef
- 3/4 cup Italian bread crumbs
- 2 tablespoons onions
- 1 tablespoon onion tops
- 1 tablespoon catsup
- 5 drops Tabasco sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon horse radish
- 2 eggs, well beaten
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon Accent
- 1 tablespoon Parmesan cheese
Mix all ingredients together. Make half-inch balls. Fry in deep fat fryer until brown. Makes 40 to 50 small meatballs. Serve as appetizer with a toothpick in each.
