Oven Rice Dressing

1 pound meat, half-pork, half-beef
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon red pepper
1 bell pepper, finely chopped
1 can Campbell's onion soup with beef stock
3/4 cup raw, long grain rice
Parsley, chopped, to taste
Green onion tops, chopped, to taste
2 tablespoons oil

Preheat oven to 350F. Cook meat until well browned. Add all other ingredients, Stir thoroughly and pour into 13 x 9 x 2 inch Pyrex dish. Seal tightly with foil. Cook 1-1/2 hours at 350F or 1 hour at 400F.
