Preheat oven to 350F. Season ground meat to taste with salt, pepper, red pepper and Worcestershire sauce. Set aside. Mix in blender until well blended: Rotel tomatoes, eggs, onion and bell pepper. Add liquid mixture to seasoned ground meat. Mix together well. On clean flat surface, place bacon strips vertically, slightly overlapping one another. Place ground meat mixture on top of bacon slices horizontally, shaping the ground meat mixture into a roll. Wrap bacon strips around the roll of ground meat mixture. Place in 9 x 13 inch baking pan. Bake 1-1/2 hours. When ready to bake, mixture should have the shape of a "worm".
