Stewed Okra With Smoked Sausage

4 cups washed/chopped okra
2 links smoked sausage, sliced
1 pinch each, black and red pepper
1 can diced tomatoes or diced
Rotel tomatoes and green chiles
Water

Preheat oven to 300F. In pot combine all ingredients and mix. Pour in enough water to cover bottom of pot: Cover and cook 2-3 hours, or until okra is broken apart and stewed. Add small amounts of water as needed to keep from sticking. Stir every 15-20 minutes. Serve over rice.
