Taco Pull-Apart-Loaf

1 pound lean ground beef
1 package taco seasoning mix
1 can buttermilk fluffy biscuits
1 cup yellow corn meal
1/2 cup green onions, chopped
1/2 cup grated Cheddar cheese
1/2 cup melted butter

Preheat oven to 375 F. Prepare taco meat as directed on package. Set aside. On pastry sheet or smooth surface, sprinkle cornmeal. Separate each biscuit in two by pulling gently. Place on corn meal surface and roll out to about 5 inches. In the center, place a tablespoon of taco meat, fold over and pinch ends together, forming a half moon. Spray an 8-1/2 x 14 x 1/2 inch loaf pan with a vegetable spray. Arrange half of folded biscuits in pan. Sprinkle with onion and cheese. Top with remaining biscuits. Pour butter over finished loaf. Press down gently. Bake 40 minutes. Turn out onto a platter. Outline with tomatoes.

Serves 21.
