Louisiana Swamp Gas Chili

- 1 cup green peppers, chopped
- 2 cups red onions, chopped
- 2 cups green onions, chopped
- 2 cups celery, chopped
- 1/4 cup jalapenos, chopped
- 4 tablespoons chill powder
- 2 teaspoons cumin
- 2 teaspoons mustard powder
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 teaspoon Louisiana Hot Sauce
- 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
- 1 8-ounce can tomato paste
- 1 cup cheap burgundy wine
- 3 cups water (add more as needed)
- 1/4 cup grape jelly or 1/8 cup molasses
- 3 pounds ground round meat
Brown meat, drain excess fat, saute vegetables on medium heat for 10 minutes. Add meat, spices and liquids. Simmer for 2 hours.
Serve with Ritz crackers and top with grated Cheddar cheese.
