Tomato Basil Bisque

8 fresh Roma tomatoes
1 small can garlic/basil tomato paste
2 cubes chicken bouillon
2 cups water
2 small cartons whipping cream
1/2 teaspoon lemon seasoning
Fresh grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 teaspoon dried basil

Scald tomatoes in boiling water for 1 minute then peel, seed and dice tomatoes. Add tomatoes to 2 cups boiling water. Add basil, lemon seasoning and chicken bouillon.

Cook 10 minutes. Turn off heat. Remove tomatoes from water and process in food processor until smooth. Return tomatoes to water. Add whipping cream. Simmer for 20 minutes.

Sprinkle fresh grated Parmesan cheese on top before serving.
