Preheat oven to 350F. Line a 9-inch-by-13-inch baking pan with dried beef. Wrap chicken breast halves with bacon and lay in pan. Cover breasts with dried beef.
Saute onions in oil. Sprinkle onion over chicken. Mix soup and sour cream and pour over the chicken. Bake covered at 350F for 1 hour, then uncover and bake for 1/2 hour.
