4 large pork Chops with bone
Tony Chachere Seasoning
2 tablespoons light olive oil
1 medium onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, chopped
1/4 teaspoon orange rind, grated
1 cup orange juice
1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 cup water
2 dashes Tabasco Sauce
2 tablespoons Steen's molasses

Season pork chops with Tony's seasoning. In large skillet heat olive oil on medium-high. Brown pork chops on both sides until dark golden brown. Reduce heat to medium, add onions and garlic. Stir onions and garlic until sauteed. Add orange rind, orange juice, Worcestershire sauce, water and Tabasco sauce. Simmer for 10 minutes. Add molasses, cover, reduce heat slightly and cook for 20 minutes.

Serves 4.
