Chicken Salad Pie

- 2 cups diced cooked chicken
- 1-1/2 cup diced celery
- 1 green onion, minced, top included
- 1/2 cup grated sharp cheese
- 1/3 cup chopped fine pecans
- 1 cup crushed potato chips
Combine the first five ingredients in a large bowl. Set aside.
- Dressing:
- 1-1/2 cups mayonnaise
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbs lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp Accent
- 1/4 tsp salt
Combine dressing and pour over the other ingredients. Mix. Pour into a baked pie shell. Top with crushed potato chips. Bake at 350F 25 minutes.
