5 lb ground meat
4 cups water
2 bell peppers
3 onions
1 cup chili powder
Garlic powder
1/2 stalk Celery
Onion tops
Parsley
1/2 cup cooking oil
5 cans tomato sauce

Undo ground meat into cold water. Cook until red is gone. Add other ingredients. Cook six hours on low fire. May add flour.
