Garlic Chicken Pasta

6 chicken breasts (deboned and skinned) cubed about 1/2-inch thick
2 med onions
1 med bell pepper
2 stalks celery
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp red pepper
6 to 8 cloves of garlic
8 oz fresh mushrooms, sliced
2 med fresh tomatoes, diced
12 oz fettuccine

Boil fettuccine and strain. Saute onions, bell peppers and celery with salt, red pepper and garlic in about two tablespoons cooking oil. Add chicken cubes and cook until meet turns white. At this time, add a pinch of sweet basil; then, add mushrooms and let cook for about 10 minutes. Add tomatoes and cook for about another 10 minutes. Add fettuccine and mix well in pot. Serve hot.
