Brown ground turkey in non-stick pan. Drain in colander and rinse under hot water to remove more of the fat. Return to pan and add remaining Ingredients. Bring to a boil and then simmer gently for 2 hours or until thick. Makes about 3 cups.
Preheat oven to 350F. Blend together the cottage cheese and ricotta until smooth. Spray a 9x13 inch baking dish with non-stick spray and arrange 1/3 of the mozzarella cheese. Repeat layering. Top with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 350F for 30 minutes or until hot and bubbly. Cool for 5 minutes before serving.
This casserole freezes well.
